Reclaim your wholeness

The Reality of Leadership Burnout

Modern leadership runs in chronic overdrive. We're trained to solve complex institutional and societal problems in siloed corners, using cognitive, high-exertion strategies, often at the expense of our well-being, our creativity, and our personal values. When organizational cultures fracture, leaders are expected to hold the pieces together with no space to process their own exhaustion.

A somatic leadership development cohort. The Healing Leadership Lab is a 10-month incubator designed to break this cycle. By blending structured leadership inquiry with deep somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and creative expression, the program rewires how you meet the complexities of your role.

What You'll Gain from the Lab

Over ten months, you'll shift out of fight-or-flight into grounded presence, unlock non-linear solutions to your organization's thorniest problems, build cultures of psychological safety, and anchor your practice in a trusted peer collective. In an increasingly automated, AI-driven world, that circle offers real sanctuary and accountability.

The image here represents Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing pottery with golden lacquer, illuminating the fractures rather than hiding them. It's a reminder that reclaiming wholeness isn't about being flawless, but about honoring and integrating our scars and lessons into a story of resilience and deep, humanized strength.

  • Regulate your nervous system and lead through crisis without losing your health
  • Reclaim your creative edge with playful, somatic, experiential practices
  • Dismantle toxic productivity and build healing-centered workplace cultures
  • Cultivate human connection in a trusted peer collective

For sponsors and employers

The Strategic Investment

For leaders seeking organizational sponsorship, this program is designed to qualify for professional development funds and HR wellness allocations.

  • Somatic Intelligence

High-stakes environments demand emotional regulation. Learn body-based strategies to navigate institutional friction, lead with clarity in crisis, and keep a clear presence under pressure.

  • Structured Professional Development

An inquiry-based Praxis Lab protocol gives you an external advisory board of peers to solve real organizational challenges in confidence, plus in-person workshops tailored to your needs.

  • Mitigation of Executive Burnout

Leadership turnover costs organizations in momentum, culture, and recruitment. The Lab provides the restorative structure needed to sustain high-performing leaders over long horizons.

  • High-Level Strategic Networking

Connect with a diverse, multi-sector cohort of seasoned leaders, creatives, and organizational builders. This cross-pollination fosters systems thinking that siloed networks can't match.

The Rhythmic Architecture

The Lab follows a seasonal rhythm built to fit a demanding calendar. With four in-person Saturdays in Ithaca, NY, it's designed for leaders who can travel periodically to the Finger Lakes.

  1. 1

    Praxis Labs (required)

90 minutes, virtual, 10 times. Somatic opening and nervous system settling, collective processing of a shared text, a problem-of-practice share, and somatic closing.

  2. 2

    Restoration Circles (invited)

90 minutes, virtual, zero preparation: an opening poem, a somatic awareness exercise, a deep cohort check-in, and creative processing to restore your capacity and connect.

  3. 3

    Seasonal Saturdays & Closing Ceremony

Four required in-person half-days in Ithaca: nature immersion, shared food, leadership workshops, and intention-setting. The final Saturday ends with a closing ceremony.

  4. 4

    The Evergreen Ecosystem

Indefinite access to a private WhatsApp community for real-time resource sharing and peer support, long after the 10-month cycle closes.

  5. 5

    Leadership Pods

Peer duos or trios meet for light-touch monthly check-ins that keep the community alive and help each leader stay accountable to their intentions.

Ten months, four seasons

The Generative Arc

The Lab follows the seasons, each with its own focus and an in-person immersion in the Ithaca landscape.

  • Autumn: The Inner Landscape

September–November. Building collective safety, setting norms, exploring somatic baselines, and mapping goals. Equinox Immersion: discerning what to shed and finding hidden inner resources.

  • Winter: Deep Processing

December–February. Rooting into the center when complexity peaks, escaping the urgency trap, and holding space for transitions and grief. Solstice Immersion: visioning from rest, not panic.

  • Spring: Regenerative Systems

March–May. Building healing cultures of wholeness, connection, and care. Equinox Immersion: new beginnings and creative risk, breaking through gridlock with play, improv, and systems thinking.

  • Summer: Emergence & Harvest

June. Turning the 10-month journey into long-term sustainability. Solstice Showcase: cohort presentations, markers of success, action roadmaps, and final peer feedback.

When and Where Does the Lab Meet? 2026–2027 Schedule

All virtual sessions take place on Thursdays, 12:00–1:30 PM ET. All in-person Seasonal Immersions are half-day Saturdays (10:00 AM–3:00 PM) in Ithaca, NY.

The Praxis Lab is our required collective anchor. The Restoration Circle is a drop-in sanctuary for when your nervous system needs grounding: join when you need to step away from the noise, rest, and connect with other human beings.

Access & Equity Scholarships

Whole Human Leadership is committed to disrupting the systemic inequities that shape who gets access to high-level professional development and healing spaces. Institutional budgets rarely reach grassroots changemakers, independent artists, and community healers doing the vital on-the-ground work of humanizing our local ecosystems. To honor this, I offer a limited number of Access & Equity Scholarships for practitioners who meet both of these criteria:

No access to institutional funding You don't have an employer, grant, or corporate budget available to sponsor your professional development.

Financial need You lack the liquid capital to comfortably afford full tuition. As a general benchmark, this applies to households earning under $100k, people carrying high debt-to-income ratios, or those working in historically underfunded creative and grassroots sectors.

If you meet these criteria, please note your need on the application form. I work on a trust-based system and don't require income verification; I simply ask that you choose this tier mindfully so these limited seats go to those who need them most.
